Mr. Brzezowski is a nationally recognized executive-level mechanical engineer with over 30 years of experience in the industry.   His expertise includes computer technologies, energy management and building management systems and commissioning.  As the Director of Engineering for The Ferreira Group, he engineered the first net-zero electric commercial building in the United States and is a co-inventor of Noveda’s proprietary technologies.  Mr. Brzezowski also serves as the lead commissioning engineer on the new World Trade Center Transportation Hub. 

As an inventor, he holds a US patent for boiler optimization of multiple plants and a patent pending for a building diagnostic and commission application.  Mr. Brzezowski has been the recipient of various state and national awards such as the National Award for Energy Innovation from the US Department of Energy, the National Award for Contract Engineering, the National Award for Demand Side Management from Energy Users News, Power Sources Manufacturers Association Education Award and the Big “E” Energy Award.  Mr. Brzezowski is a Registered Professional Engineer in New Jersey and New York, a LEED Accredited Professional, a member of ASHRAE and the Association of Energy Engineers, and a contributing author to various engineering trade publications.  He is a graduate of the New Jersey Institute of Technology.

Kelly Sickles

Ms. Sickles is responsible for finance, strategic planning and a number of special initiatives.  Prior to joining the firm, she was an investment banker at Traxi LLC and Lazard Frères & Co.  Ms. Sickles holds a degree in Economics from the State University of New York at Geneseo and is a CFA Charterholder.  In addition to her professional work, she serves on the board of the East River Development Alliance (ERDA) and is a founding board member of the ERDA Credit Union.

Thomas A. Munro

Tom has over 30 years of experience in the technology sector encompassing design, development, sales and executive management. He was president of the leading-edge technology consultancy Charterhouse Systems Group, Inc. for 14 years before joining Noveda Technologies and has held management roles in sales and technical staff development for 10 years prior to Charterhouse. He has a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from Monmouth University and is responsible for the technology architecture at Noveda Technologies.

David is a senior professional mechanical engineer with over 10 years experience in the mechanical, electrical and plumbing industries. He leads both the engineering and professional services groups which assist clients in making their facilities more energy efficient and sustainable. Prior to Noveda, he was a consulting engineer specializing in mechanical engineering, primarily in HVAC, energy, fire protection, and fuel oil transfer and storage systems. His design experience is widely varied including multi-residence facilities, commercial office buildings, mission critical data centers, and central telephone office facilities.
